Kate seems to have a knack for Kate-isms.

Her latest is one of the best yet. We were at the club with some friends (who happen to be English Indians), and Kate was telling her friend Dris she was going to have a hot dog for lunch. Dris said she doesn't eat hot dogs (they are vegetarian). Kate responded with:
"Well, I can have hot dogs, because I'm English."
To which Dris' mother and I almost fell over. We asked if she meant that only English people can have hot dogs...
"No, vegetarians can't have hot dogs." (Silly mummies!) So we felt a little better about her understanding of who can and can't have hot dogs.
"....I'm not a vegetarian....Indians are vegetarians."
What is that they say about wanting to be swallowed up by the floor?
