I'm sure I've posted Charlie with a Cocoa Pop face before, but if not, here's one:
However this morning, he managed to get it in both ears, down his neck, all over his arms and on his legs. You can see the ear smear here:
For lunch, my mother took us out to eat at this lovely Thai restaurant on Kowloon side. We enjoyed our lunch, then Charlie asked if he could have some ice cream. Sure, I said, and ordered a plain vanilla ice cream, no sauce, etc, from the waiter. This is what we got:
The stuff on top was candy floss. At first, I told the guy to take it off, but then I thought, Charlie has never had candy floss, I'm sure he'll like it, as all kids love it! So I ripped some off and handed it to him. He recoiled in horror, and squealed,"Mummy, we not 'llowed to eat hair!" I almost fell out of my seat. Here's a close up:
It was really yummy and I ate it all (it was caramelised, so, so yummy!), the whole while Charlie was giving a running commentary about how mummy was eating all the hair off his ice cream.
