WELL. Obviously I haven't posted any photos - I will, I swear. I have just been busy with some other things.
Foremost of which is that I have now regained the power of sight. Yep, yesterday I got my eyes lasered. Happy contact / glasses independence day!!
What a change! When they say it's life- altering, believe 'em. When they say they should have done it years ago, believe 'em also! I HAVE meant to do it for years, but pregnancies and procrastination (what, me, procrastinate?) meant I only just got around to it. Think of all the money I could have saved on contacts. A whole new wardrobe comes to mind.
This morning I kept looking off in the distance to see what I could see. The best I could do from home was to see the tops of the trees in the downs, clearly. I could almost see each LEAF. And that's about 1/2 mile away. I wonder if I have x-ray vision, too.

I'm Baaaaaack! Again.
Due to popular demand (well, more like whinging from friends that they never see pictures of my kids) I am now getting back up and running on the blog. I'm not sure how often I will be able to post, but hopefully more than once every year and a half.
I'm going to go through a whole load of photos this week and start posting some. I'm going to try and post them in some semblance of order but with digital photography there is the risk of having too many photos to be able to remember which came first. So you might see Kate and Chi Chi getting older and younger from time to time. Sorry about that. I'm just not that organised! Obviously.
In case not everyone knew, I am now a SAHM. And loving it. I have gotten to know my kids so much better than I did when I was working, even part time. And I feel so much more involved in everything now that I know all their friends and talk to the other mothers. The funny thing is that I feel like I get so much more variety in my own social interactions now, because all the other mothers have such varied backgrounds and careers; before I only had friends from work or friends via friends from work!
