I can't believe Charlie is 8 weeks old already! And a hefty 8 week baby, too! He's now about 14 pounds....to put it in perspective, Kate was about 9 1/2 pounds at this point. They say boys are bigger than girls, but Charlie has gone from 25th percentile in weight to 50-75th percentile. And his chunky thighs look good enough to eat.
A couple of weeks ago we went and had some pictures taken. They came out so well I am struggling to restrain myself from buying them all. Because it's just too expensive! The site is here and the password is pike251106.
Kate is struggling to keep her good humour with respect to not being the centre of the world anymore. While she continues to be gentlest of gentle with Charlie, and in general an angel of a child, there are times when a little devil comes out and gets into everything. Usually when I'm feeding Charlie and can't run after her. She's too smart for her own good.

Alicia those are the best family portraits I have ever seen - Bar None!! Wow!! I don't know how you'll pick which ones not to buy - they're all so great. Kate is so beautiful and has such an amazingly calm and confident air about her and what eyes!! AND YOU! Wow, motherhood and England agree with you because I have never seen you look so beautiful! Wow!! The boys are gret too! I cannot wait to see you all. E-mail me again and let me know when you are planning to arrive!
